The Hong Kong Prize for Distinguished Scholarship in Contemporary Hong Kong Studies
The winner of this year’s Hong Kong Film Awards will receive a cash prize of up to $35,000 and mentorship in script development, production, and international distribution from established Asian filmmakers. The winner’s work will also be screened at the Hong Kong Film Festival in May. The winner will be announced at a ceremony at the HK Convention Centre on November 30.
The Hong Kong Jockey Club has increased the prize money for all classes of racing in the 2023/24 season. That includes a boost of 8.7% for Group 2 races and 5.9% for all Class 1 races.
